Chanel
Who says prim and proper girls can't wear maxed-out smokey eyes?
Jean Paul Gaultier
The sharply defined crease works with this clean makeup look, and red-orange lipstick is always a go in my book.
Christian Lacroix
Peacock style. This simple yet exotic look would be great to recreate for a costume party.
Christian Lacroix
Beauty makeup, with a mint green twist, for the modern bride.
Christian Dior
Aviator cool. Black cherry patent lips make a statement.
Christian Dior
Swoon-worthy makeup from the eyebrows down to the bow of the lip. But somehow I don't think they meant to send her down the runway with that piece of tape still stuck to her head.

Runway Beauty: Dior Cruise Collection 2009
Please enjoy these pictures from the Dior Cruise Collection 2009, aka my fantasy honeymoon wardrobe:
Thick black winged eyeliner and pale lips--you know I love it!
Bright fuschia lips for a bright, sunny day.
Groomed brows and a berry lip--pure glamour.
Golden highlighted inner corners of the eyes makes eyes sparkle.
Coral lips punch up a look.
A wash of sea-green on the eyes is just beachy.
A flash of green on the lid looks fresh.

Runway Beauty: Spring 2008 Haute Couture

Valentino
Iridescent cheekbones, winged eyeliner and a matte pink lip--my favorite look of the bunch.
Givenchy
Bare-faced beauty, enhanced with some pink cheeks and warm shimmer on the eyes.
Maurizio Galante
Pretty pastels.
Giorgio Armani Prive
Grey smoky eyes, nude lips, pale face--it works.
Christophe Josse
Fuschia glow--great for a photo shoot.
Anne Valerie Hash
Youthful, bright and innocent.
Elie Saab
Take Armani's grey smoky eyes and nude lips, add some brown accents to the eyes and bronzer to the cheeks, and transform high-fashion into bombshell.
Christian Lacroix
Purples are in for Spring.
Franck Sorbier
Retro white and black eyeliner stylized with a modern twist.
Christian Dior
Rhinestones galore!

Runway Beauty--Spring 2008

Valentino
Love the matte lilac eyeshadow.
Giorgio Armani
Glossy lips and defined cheekbones make a nice pair.
Roberto Cavalli
Flawless skin, piercing eyes and a nude lip: I'll take it all--sans the hair do.
Versace
Long dark lashes, shimmery lower lash line and pale glossy lips--my favorite look of the bunch.
Dolce and Gabbana
Berry lips and a clean eye always look good.
Christian Dior
Bronzed cheeks with red lips also looks great, but up close the eyebrows are too severe and the random glitter under the eye looks messy.
Miu Miu
Aww hell naw!

Parisian Runway Beauty Summer 2008

Ok, so I know we're still months away from Summer, but in preparation for the New Year, I couldn't resist posting these gorgeous Victor & Rolf Summer 2008 Paris Runway Show pictures.
Quite often runway looks are too outlandish for the everyday woman, but these looks are modern, clean and pretty. This is true beauty makeup--luminous skin and glowing pink cheeks, light and fairly neutral eyemakeup with highlighted inner-corners, sheer and glossy lips, finished with eyebrows that are defined but don't look artificially shaped.
With stunning, fresh-faced makeup like this, I don't think the fashion police would nab you for sporting these looks for seasons to come!
